Return and Refund Policy

At Shrinath CK, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return if they are unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact. Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or personalized products
• Perishable goods
• Clearance or final sale items
• Used or damaged products not caused during delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us with order details. Once approved, the product must be shipped back according to the provided instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Any damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.
